Brogers creek
A short walk from the cottage will lead you to the tranquility of brogers creek. It’s perfect for a cooling swim in the summer months, and you might even spot a Platypus or two.
Explore the land
There’s over 100 acres of land to explore at Lastover, from a gentle stroll to the nearby veggie garden to a more strenuous hike up the hillside to be met by stunning views of the valley.

You’ll make friends of all shapes and sizes at Lastover. Our animal residents include horses (not available for riding), a herd of curious cattle, a flock of Guineafowl and our friendly dog, Mole.
the fire pit
At the end of a long day of exploring, what better way to relax than in front of a roaring fire with the stars shimmering overhead. Please let us know if you wish to use the fire pit in advance of your stay, so we can prepare enough firewood.
